Sales Associate Pre-licensing $325

Math Review FREE!

Spend your Friday night working on state exam math review problems. This class is included in the weekend state exam review class. Not sure you are ready to sign up for the state exam review? Join us for an evening of math.

State Exam Review $175

You finished the 63-hour pre-licensing class. You aced the class test. Now you want a quick review to increase your odds on the state exam. Or maybe you’ve taken the exam a few times and want the next attempt to be your last attempt. This is the class you need. This is not a class of war stories, or how they do it in other states, or even how we do it in real life. This class is about what you need to know to PASS the Florida real estate exam.

Friday night is the math review. We’ll cover the math you need to know for the Florida real estate sales associate exam. On Saturday and Sunday, we go over principles, practices and law. Many people schedule their state exam for the Monday right after the class.

Math Review FREE!

Spend your Friday night doing math problems with Karen Climer.  Class meets the Friday night of any weekend review class.  This is a fast-paced class designed to review the math that will be on the state exam.  Bring a calculator that is NOT a cell phone.  If you want to take the entire weekend review, register here.  If you just want to take the math class, call 407-456-3448 to register.  If you are taking this as a free review, you must have a prelicensing certificate from a real estate school.

Sales Associate Post-Licensing $195

Take this as soon as possible after earning your Florida real estate sales associate license.  This class has more practical material than the pre-licensing material.  It’s about how to sell and actually succeed in the business.  You need to complete it before your first renewal period.  Don’t wait because the penalties for missing it are severe – you have to start all over in getting your license.
