The app offers 600+ practice questions written by Karen Climer.  It’s a fun way to study in a convenient format.  “I’m addicted to this app,” one recent student told Karen.

In 2023, when the Florida Real Estate Commission rewrote the syllabus for the prelicensing course – in other words, when FREC decided what would be taught in the class and tested on the state exam – Karen was one of a handful of Florida real estate instructors who provided input to the Commission.  She has been teaching and getting feedback from students about what is on the exam for longer than any other real estate instructor who is actively teaching prelicensing.  She knows what is on the Florida real estate state exam.

Many practice question banks offered by national companies are not written for the Florida sales associate exam.  They are written for the PearsonVue national exam or the PSI national exam.  We don’t take the national test in Florida.  The Demetree School of Real Estate Exam Prep app is the only app that is written specifically for the Florida sales associate exam.
