The Bureau of Education and Testing just released the state exam results for April.  Spoiler alert: they aren’t good.  Every month, the state sends Florida real estate instructors and school permit holders these results.  They seem to be declining.  For a while, the pass rate for first time takers was 51-52%.  This month it is 46%!  Holy crap – that is terrible!  What happened?

I suspect that the 54% that are failing the first time have not watched my YouTube videos.  I also suspect that they haven’t read through this blog to see the sample questions I have posted.  I don’t know that for fact, but I’d bet $57.75 on it.  Why $57.75?  Because that’s what it costs you to retake the exam.

Now before you decide that I’m just trying to sell you a bag of tricks, let me remind you that my bag of tricks is free!  I make no money from the blog or YouTube channel.  I want you to read and watch because it will help YOU.

So if you are one of the 54% who took the sales associate exam for the first time last month and failed, check out my YouTube channel.  It will help.  If you are one of the 70% who was taking it for the second, third, or fourth time and failed, definitely check out my YouTube channel or come to a review class at Demetree School of Real Estate.

Please note that neither I, nor anyone in the Climer family, have any affiliation with Climer School of Real Estate.  My father, Ron Climer, sold Climer School of Real Estate in 2014.  You can find me at Demetree School of Real Estate
